I have purchased an ePhone TV Mobile AP3 from Naaptol. The touch screen is not functioning properly after 2 days of receiving the handset. It works in some areas of the screen but doesn't function in most of the areas of the screen. This is a defective handset that I have received. I need a refund of my money.
I had called the Naaptol customer service and was told that I will need to send the phone to them with additional Rs. 1200 for getting the touch screen repaired. Also, when I told them that they are cheating people and asked them for the address where to send the mobile back, they replied that they do not have the address at that point and will send me an email when the address is available. Till then the complaint will not be lodged. It's been a week and I have still not received any address from them.
Further, I sent an email to [email protected] and received no response from them.
Naaptol being a cheat company, I am surprised that a newspaper like The Times Of India is advertising their products daily. I feel cheated and robbed of my money.
Hope to get some help by raising this complaint.
