Supplying defective machine

A acquaguard marketing executive installed a classic model acquaguard on 5 th JANUARY then same day that mechine not supplying water properly, I told that executive, then he replying you should install a anather machine i.e is a Iron remover, i say ok, installe that, after installing that machine again the same problem found. Again i told that executive, he replying that i will taken back that machine and will install a new machine, but till date i can't found that executive or a new machine
