I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Compact water purifier on 13/04/10. While making the payment on 13/04/10 I was told by the salesman that the water purifier would be deliverd and installed on 14/04/10. However I received the water purifier on 15/04/10 but no one came for installation. When I called the call center on 16/04/10 then the representative (Mr. Praful Deolekar) denied escalating my call to a supervisor. I tried calling the corporate office and was told that Ms. Hegde is the lady in charge of the consumer grievances but she wasnt available. An executive Mr. Ranjith Kumar attended my call and assured me that he will have someone with authority call me in 10 mins but I never received any call. I am irritated because while taking the money I was told that the machine would be installed next day. But once the sale was done no one was willing to attend to my problem. I would suggest anyone reading this email that PLEASE DONT BUY PRODUCTS OF EUREKA FORBES AS THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
