I have been cheated by the Eureka Forbes authorised representative. When he gave demonstration for Protec Plus Aquaguard Water purifier, he assured that services will be done within a day. Then we bought the product. On the day one, outlet water get spilled over the entire machine and on the floor because the hole in the outlet pipe is in inclined position. Sales rep Mr. Pandiyan and Area Manager Mr. Afrose assured that the tape will be replaced within two days. But they have not turned up till today. For the past one month, we are using only tumblers to get water from the unit. Such a very very worst customer care from the reputed organisation. I made more than fifty calls to the reps, area manager and Trichy office. They have not provided the complaint number also.
