We had purchased a Eureka Forbes - Aqua Guard RO Water purifier in Feb. For the last 3 months Purifier is NOT working. After making numerous complaints - the Company sent a service engineer - but in spite of getting it repaired twice it is still not working! We have made a number of calls / complaints AGAIN and AGAIN - NO one has come to get it repaired! The machine is still under WARRANTY! The local dealers do not want to attend to the complaint as it will be free because it is still under warranty!
Please HELP!
