I had requested for a EUREKA FORBES AQUAGUARD SENSA water purifier. The sales person (Balavant from Kanakapura Road Branch) visited my place and promised to deliver SENSA on Sun 7th Nov. He also promised to call us at 10 am and deliver the product beofre 3pm.
However there was no call either from Balavant or his boss Vijay. After calling Balavant several times he picked up my call and said he is not aware of the status (highly irresponsible).
After continued calling to Vijay, a security guard responded and said Vijay is in meeting. I had to send SMS to request for cancellation.
Only after the cancellation requests, Manjula from customer care called to inform me that there is no stock and I wont get the product on 7th Nov.
This looks like our classic Indian "Chalta Hai" mentality.
