Non availability of purification catridge

I bought aquasure storage water purifier on 15.01.2009 from Big Bazar, Palakkad.

(sr. no. J 220961). it's purification catridge which should be replaced after 1800 litre, is neither available in the market (not even at Big Bazar) nor home delivered. When called at eureka forbes service centre at palakkad (9288030353), they responded indifferently.
