Horrible customer service

This is about Aquaguard sensa customer service from Eureka forbes. The person by name Vivek (9141070089) lands up at the door on a sunday morning to do a regular maintenance for the water filter without taking any prior appointment. When asked to come later in the evening, he came again and did the so called maintenance service. Till then the water purifier was working fine, Ten minutes after he left home, water started leaking from it profusely. When he was contacted, he said I have reached home and cannot come now, the next being a holiday in Karnataka, he said he can come only on Tuesday. It is extremely rude on the part of this company to send some one first without any appointment and taking customer granted and then doing a shoddy job of maintenance and again not fixing it up immediately. It is clearly the fault of Eureka Forbes and I had to suffer for their mistake.

This is actually the second time, the previous maintenance service did exactly this and I had to call him again to rectify the leak. This company never learns from their mistake and the attitude of their maintenance staff is horrible.
