I am owning Eureka Forbes, Tornado Trendy Vacuum Cleaner for the past 10 years. I wanted to purchase Paper bags which are consumable used in the vacuum cleaner. The service centre in Bangalore informed that they can supply the nest day. After sometime a call came from the service centre that they can not support in this regard and we need to buy a new Vacuum Cleaner itself. Again i called up the service center and i was told that the bags are available and can be delivered. Later on he retracted saying that they cannot support and we need to buy a new one,
IS THIS THE WAY OF TREATING A CUSTOMER???
IS THIS THE WAY TO SELL YHE PRODUCT???
THE CMD OF THE COMPANY SHOULD KNOW THE GROUND REALITIES OF HOW CUSTOMERS ARE BEING HANDLED.
THESE ARE ALL SYMPTOMS OF HOW THE COMPANY CAN LAST LONG.
