No Sevice for 7 months out of 12 months of Service Contract

I have a Service Contract with Eureka Forbes for Designer purifier from 21/06/09 to 21/06/10... its been 7 months now however no one turned up to service the purifier….the only landline number they have at Jaipur 0141-3051716 either does not work or gets disconnected within a min of getting connected. Despite of my calling the service center and lodging a complaint – 5489…no one turned up…I am very disappointed….. Jatin
