Not Changing of Water Valve

Some Eureka Forbes persons had changed the valve of my water supply to the purifier. This was after I had called 3 times (in spite of my having a warranty contract signed with them).

The valve broke down within 2 days. After another 3 calls, both to the service center (Venkatachalaiya Service s near Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore) and the Eureka Forbes center, they sent one person to fix it.

It has AGAIN broken down, and my calls are of NO USE.

I think these people are the worst in terms of service. Won't ever use there product again.
