Our RO System broke down some ten days back and our complaint is pending with your Dehradun centre since March5, and umpteen reminders ever since to customer care executive Mr. Mishra and also the escalation to Mr. Rawat, your Head here, twice over. No response till now!!! Plan filing a Police report on this as to cheating under garb of warranty. Till then, take care. my complaint number is 188.
