We have a Aquagard Nova water purifier under AMC.We have a problem with it and have been requesting for service since 12th Jan. So far all we are getting is lip service. We are facing this problem with this company regularly. Will someone suggest ways to sue the company in consumer court for poor service or rather lack of service.
