Poor service support

I purchased a wet and dry Vacuum cleaner, after a repeated requests of Eureka salesman, in Apr. I notice that the suction head rubber brush does not have a catch and falls off, a bad design. I called the local Eureka office and to my surprise no one is ready to answer. It was passing the bug. Every time I call, I am told that they don't have a spare. Eureka forbes, why do you sell products that you cannot support in the field. I have been contstantly chasing them for the past two months. Now I have started to compain that NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCTS MADE BY EUREKA FORBES
