I had purchased water purifier NOVA GOLD. The complaint is regarding the AMC for the period 14/05/10 TO 13/05. The Service franchisee of Eureka Forbes has not approached for service during this period. At the time of entering into the contract the technician commit us 2 six monthly service however till date no service have been done by the company. They charged us Rs.1475/- for the same. Now after calling at the centre they are replying that "the technician have left the job and generally all technicians commits any thing at the time of contract and we should go through the contract note given to us".
Kindly look into the matter as there should be punishment for such acts for taking the customers for granted. MOHAN RATHI 9822234797.
