I have purchased a Eureka forbes vaccum cleaner, wet and dry model, from the day one it has started giving problems, every time we required atleast 20 to 25 follow ups, guess what for every thing they have easy solution.

1) While selling they told it has a automatice wire cord if a button is pressed and true to their word when ever we plug it, without even pressing the button it automatically rewinds - well they told a rubber is gone and rectified after a good one month.

2) while selling they told the machine if used for more than 20 minutes it will automatically switches off and to our surprise from day one when we used it got switched off every 2 minutes - After speaking to everyone from call centre executive to the service head of the branch, the simple soultion is they have removed the option of Auto cut off (Which is their selling point) now even if its one hour the machine runs.

I HAVE ASKED FOR A NEW MAHCINE THAN ITSELF AS IT WAS NEW, BUT I WAS POLITELY REFUSED.

NOW - Again the power cord is rewinding automatically - Complaint made on 12/04 - Complaint number 84658733 - today 26/4 when again called the call centre the reply is they have not got the revert from the branch. And none of the numbers they have given are reachable or they are not picking the call.(As its their personal mobile numbers, am not sharing the numbers of names)

STILL WAITING FOR SOME ACTION BASED ON THE COMPLAINT NUMBER GIVEN
