I have purchased a 2 year service warranty from Platinum Services Pune for my auqa guard. On May 1st a service engineer came and serviced my filter. Once he left we realized that the filter was completely dirty, the pipe inside was not cleaned, the unit was leaking water and we were getting a electric shock from close to the switch.
I have tried to call 0206417887 and 9850925794 multiple times (Platinum Services) but no one responded. I then called your 39883333 number on May 3rd, and left a complaint. I did not take a service number. They said that someone will come in 24-48 hours. No one came. I again called 39883333 on May 12th and got a service number 125413. Again I was told someone will come in 24 hours. No one has come.
I am horrified at the service quality of call center and the quality of Platinum Services. They are extremely lax at their attitude and frankly dont care a damn for customers.
The quality of the service engineer is pathetic. All he does is clean the candles and does not clean the insides of the candle holder. He does not clean the inside pipes too. Its the most illiterate kind of work. Taking out the candles and washing them under water I can also do. I dont need to pay 2000 for this sloppy work.
