Pathetic Service from Eureka Forbes

HI...

I am pleased to inform you that even after so many complaints the service level do not seem to be improving at all... i am really wondering what will help to improve the service. I have placed a complaint on 31/5 vide request no - 0062437022 but till date nobody bothered to visit my place for the service... After my last complaint few people came and tried to give support withour proper spare parts... I would also like to bring this under your notice that my time is precious and i cannot always keep hounding after your company all the time.

I really have my concernes and pity forthe level of service and it seems that i have mde a blunde taking a product of so called """"EUREKA FORBES"""

I would like to request you to please provide me with the name and email id of the person / department where my complaint will be heard and matter.

I am one of your customer using eureka forbes product for the last 10 years atleast. But i would like to bring this under your notice that the service from your company has detoriated over time. The service provided currently is pathetic. There are few concerns which I would like to bring under your notice as follows:

1. In the year 2009 we were asked to enroll for a Annual maintainance Contract with your company where according to the contract it was promised that there would be regular check up of aquaguard product. But unfortunately there was not "REGULAR" check up neither any visits so it leaves me with the impression that it was done just for revenue purpose and nothing more. The details of the contract is given below:

Tenure : 3 years

Valid : 02-02-09 - 01-02

2. Moreover even after repeated complaints for servicing of the product nobodyvisits. Even if they visit they are never wellequipped withthe spare parts and again makes a false promise to come back which they asusualnever comes.

With this level of service i have my great concerns for using the product. I am writting this mail not in a hope of of any solutions as i have lost all hopes but just wanted to put forwards the level of service currently provided to the customers.
