I bought a water filter from Eurka forbes ltd by paying a cheque of Rs 9190, Cheque no 000080 Yes Bank, receipt no 318008033 I was promised delivery and installation in 2 days by their sales manager Mr Gupta cell no 9881900399. The filter was not delivered on the promised day, then i started following up with Mr Gupta, when ever i called he promised me he will do it by evening or next day morning. As this was goining no where i contacted their pune head office, i was told to speak to Sangita cell no 8007978380 who takes the complain, resolves and esclate. she too promised that she will get the filter installed in a day 4 days have passed still nothing has happened. she is not not picking up the calls and not responding to sms.
