I had purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier (model: compact) on 30th June by paying thru cheque. The cheque was immediately encashed and the machine was dropped at my place in 2 days. From that day till today, no one has turned up to do the installation of the machine. I have logged so many complaints (15th June - #84973428, 20th June - #84994600, etc) but no respite. Everytime I way told that the complaint is flagged as red and someone would attend it by end of day but no one has turned-up will date. I had escalated the matter till the Department Head but didn't receive any solution.
This is the worst experience a customer can get from a reputed company.
