I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Infinity Water Purifier system. the system stopped working with in 7 months of purchase. though the Product is still under warranty, I have lodged numerous complaints at the call center, but no Service staff has ever come to my rescue. My Complaint number is 85345653.
nothing has been done so far and i am calling the call center daily.
is their no means of protection for the consumers of india from such fraud companies like Eureka Forbes???
