Hello this Mukul Bajaj, Businessman 24/male/Sonipat/Haryana.
I wanted to purchase a water purifier so i contacted on the customer care of EUREKA FORBES.
They told me that you will get a call by tomorrow from our executive.i complained at the website also. But nothing happened.
Continuously for 6 days i kept calling again and again 2 times a day & the customer care staff kept telling me it will be done tomorrow. I spent almost Rs 100/- and my valuable time on the cellphone talking to the customer care. I asked them to get my call connected to some senior staff but they dint, i felt so helpless for almost a week. I begged them literally to get it done. But finally a customer care executive named Shaila hung up my call.
I am so frustrated by the company that i want to smash the face of the company's management.
I have already used Kent purifier for 3 years. But there after sales service was ok ok. So i wanted to try out Eureka Forbes this time. I was shocked to see the PRE- Sales service of EUREKA forbes and i guess i would have died in the after sales.
Today I have ordered for a New KENT Pearl Water Purifier. Atleast they have a smiling face while delivering.and OK Ok after sales service.
I in my Whole life will never ever use and nor recommend any person A eureka Forbes Product.
I want someone to make my words heard to the management & shut down this company if they treat a valuable customer like me in such a way.
Now to compensate SEND ME A FREE AQUA-GUARD.. EVEN THEN ill Smash it on the head of the delivery boy
