Hi,

I have bought Aquagaurd Total Sensa which is almost 7 months old now. My Eureka Forbes customer id is 1009169272 and Order # 131042343. They sold the machine but after that whether the machine is installed properly or not and whether its working or not they are not concerned about it. Even after doing lots of complaints, there was no solution to the problem. The machine is not purifiying the water properly. It takes more then 13 hrs to purify 9 litres of water. It is not working on the Intel mode which is Total Sensa's strong slogan for selling it. That it decides automatically which purification process to use. I have been calling the field officers directly also but they say they are not able to come as the parts to test the machine like its electronic circuit called PCB is not working.

Please sir take a strict action on Eureka Forbes as they just know to sell there products but dont provide quality and service at all.
