Out of habit having used Aquaguard at home, when i started my restaurant, i installed 2 units of aquaguard.
The sales person, who was after me post the demo for purchase just vanished once we purchased the 2 units.

From the day of the faulty installation, no body is available for service.
the helpline numbers just keep giving more ref numbers but no one appears after that..
The sales person has stopped picking the call entirely - RAVI STIEVEN
THis has been a very poor experience and I intend to actively discourage people from buying anything from Eureka Forbes. After seeing this site with so many complaints, i dont think the company is anyway bothered also.
