1. Eureka Forbes representatives made a service contract with my aged 88 year old father (lives in house of rajendra chourse his eldest son) for the aquaguard installed at home and took payment by cheque for contract from 15 mar to 14 mar . they wrote three tele numbers on the place marked for authorised service centre address.
2. None of the phone numbers work. while for two numbers 3988333 & 2289897 even when dialled with std code 0712 or otherwise or from mobile the message is check the number you have dialled, number does not exist. the third number 2292686 just keeps on ringing but there is no reply for lst four days. even the calcutta number of the company 080-30251500 there is no reply.
3. i have given three emails but there is no response. contract receipt no: 10- 19042822, cust code C-2484/1002186299.
there being no address of nagpur service centre, now the aquaguard is unserviceable for last 6 days and nobody to contact to . since only staff lives with father i was asked by my dad for help in finding out their complaint centre but it seems impossible to contact anybody.
4. obviously by not writing address of local center the company has committed a careless act and obviously needs to correct it. the service contract is therefore as good as useless since one cant lodge any complaint now ..
the matter needs to be taken up with relevant govt deptt.
