Dear Concerned
I have purchased one Water Purifier (Aquaguard) on 29.05.2010 amounting Rs 9090/- from direct sales associates of Eureka Forbes Limited. From the day of purchase i have been following up with the company for the purchase invoice but regret to say that nobody is bothered from the company.
Needless to mention that under the absence of the purchase invoice my warranty on the said unit will not be valid. The worst part of all is that the executives who were calling me regularly on my cell for the sale of their product are now not bothered to provide me the invoice even after the purchase amount have been cleared from my side from the date of purchase.
