Hi,

I had lodged a complaint on 20 August regarding my water purifier RO NANO purchased on 15/10. I called the customer care every day from 20th onwards and upteen number of times to no avail. I get assurance every time that, they are escalating my request, but nothing is happening. I got resoultion to my query in the past through this site. I am hoping to get this time as well.
