AMC had taken money and not giving me any responce

I Had taken AMC for 1 years from 31 Jan to 30 jan Softech system, Noida- 201301.

Contract Receipt No- 10 - 20293554 for Rs 3575/-.

Product: RO Model: NANO Sl No: BD01-8000860

We were promised immediate service at doorstep.

Promises are like this:

Periodical service and One Pre Filter candle, sediment filter, pre carbon & membrane replacemnt

Since last month i am continous calling("complaint no: 86976352" ) to cutomer care for floting switch problem but still not solved and no periodical service done yet.

what type of "EURO 0 SMILE" you are giving.
