I have bought a Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner Trendy Steel a some time ago from Vijay Sales
The pipe (not spiral) has broken so I asked for a replacement. You said that you do not have it in stock but that you will send it as soon as you have it.
It has been a few months and either you still do not have it or you have not bothered to heed my request.
Either way you service is horrendous.
The day before yesterday I called 39883333 and spoke with Imran. He said he would forward my complaint and that I would receive a call.
Nothing happened.
I said I would put this note up on http://inconsumercomplaints.com within 2 days time if I do not hear from you. That is what I am going to do right now.
If I still do not hear from you I shall send this note to leading newspapers.
