We booked an LG Refrigiator-GL-408YTQG4, for an amt of rs28438, booked from E-Zone-v3s mall, vikas marg, Delhi-110092.Dtd:22/8.

The fridge that was delivered to us on 23/08, had a dent right in the front, after umpteen calls, the replaced fridge was finally delivered.

The sales person: mr.samdeep&Manjeet took initiative to resolve the problem, but a lady called: Sharda, took the matter as an everyday issue &instead of empathizing with the customer started back-answering &arguing.

This kind of service &Harassment is not expected from a Company like E-Zone.
