I PURCHASED A TWO BURNER FABER GAS STOVE IN DECEMBER. LAST MONTH IT DEVELOPED PROBLEMS. A FABER ENGINEER SAID THAT BURNERS NEED TO BE REPLACED AND WOULD BE DONE IN TWO DAYS. BUT LATER I WAS INFORMED THAT THE SPARE BURNERS WOULD HAVE TO COME FROM PUNE AND IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK. AFTER FOOLING AROUND FOR MONTHS, THE FABER CUSTOMER CARE INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS NO SPARE AVAILABLE AND I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A NEW STOVE. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY I WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT MY STOVE WOULD BE PURCHASED BY FABER FOR RS 200.
THIS AMOUNTS TO DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE. I REQUEST YOU TO EITHER REPLACE THE BURNERS OR MAKE SUCH ARRANGEMENT WHICH WOULD COMPENSATE OTHERWISE I WOULD BE CONSTRAINED TO TAKE APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION.
