No Service receiving from Faber on Falty Microwave Oven even though it's under warranty

We bought brand new Faber Microwave Oven in Nov. After some days of use we realize that it does not switch off if we keep timer more than 2 min. We need to do hard disconnect. We have register compliant (Compliant Number is - 110258183) on 23rd Feb. So far we have few tech people visited the site and told us front panel is faulty need to be replaced. Talked to area manager few times, every time I call they say we will send somebody to see the issue. Till date we have not got the issue resolved.
