Faber Chimney
Defective chimney filte

Dear sir,

Recently on 26th Aug had procured new chimney filters from Adinath Enterprises which is authorised service centre for Faber. This new filters were delivered in damaged condition. After complaining to the service centre they keep saying "Filters are on order and awaiting supply" Its been quite some time now.

Please look into the mater and request to kindly arrange to supply new chimney filter without any damage.
