I placed an online order of Inalsa Juicer at fabfurnish.com. The product has not worked even for one day. The company has a policy of replacing the product within 15days of delivery of product. I received the product on 15th may so the deadline of replacing the product is till 30th May (as per the policy). I filed a complaint to fabfurnish on 18th may. Its been 4 days i am calling them daily and they just ask me to wait saying they will revert back. no one has reverted back since 4days. Kindly help me.
