Hi,

I am mrityunjay ravi. My mobile number is 9742873721. I had activated my missed call service on 27-july at 11:00AM then I got a message your service is activated and charges this service is 30RS per month. Further I checked account balance my account, there will not be reduce 30RS. Then I further deactivated this service on 27-july at 11:01AM by the message on my account and I got a message missed call service deactivated. Again I checked my account balance there will be deduct 30Rs on my account balance. I have complained so many times in customer care service but they cannot take responce as well as complained their register. When I call again customer care service on 28-july at 10:55 AM, they told me you cannot use this service because your service is deactivated but your 30Rs amount not added in your balance. This is the fault but they cannot be registered complain yet by the requested again and again.
