I have booked a microwave at Kara Baazar, Motijheel, Kanpur from LG Electronics (Stall) on dt. 26/12.After 3-4 days i received a phone call from Friends Radio, Birhana Road, Kanpur that the model no. 7649 lw which i booked was not available and they told us that we will receive the above product within 2-3 days. But till now i haven't receeived it.

So kindly please go through my complain and take a quick action.
