I have bought the same mobile Fly B430 (IMEI number 910003020230119 & 910003020230127) from Paragon Thane, Maharastra.
I bought it on 01/02, after 05/02 evening my service provider Vodafone blocked my sim on this handset stating invalid sim.
I would like to tell you its breach of trust from all Vodafone, Fly and Dealers.
I have some serious questions.
Why are these mobiles allowed to be sold in first place?
Why is it not advertised that such mobiles are not to be bought?
Why is the governing authority silent on this matter?
why is the consumer left to suffer for no mistake of his?
If the manufacturer advertises his instrument through media, without a valid IMEI number, why is it not made mandatory to confirm validation and authenticity of IMEI numers attached to the instruments?
How is a consumer expected to know this?
There is a need to spread awareness about the same people spend their hard earned money on buying hand sets..
However, My cell contains a IMEI number (910003020230119 & 910003020230127) and it is a valid IMEI number issued by Mobile standards alliance of India. If this is true, why has my mobile gone dead?
If anyone can help please, help us.
We have bought this handset by spending our hard earned money.
