Not functioning of mobile

Sir,

I have purchased my fly mobile (ST 100) from the mobile store ltd. on 21/02/10 and got a problem on my handset. Since the time I have purchased my mobile I have manufacturing defect. Since the time I have purchased it had stopped working 2 times and finally got problem in its battery and motherboard. From the time I have purchased it is showing problems every second day. And every time I show him the mobile he keep the mobile for 1 to 2 months and than repair it. Now, its battery is not working since 4 months of purchasing date.

I need my matter to be resolved as early as possible or my handset should be changed. EMIE no-:910002160078601

I am really exhausted from the same matter. If my problem would not be resolved I would move to the court
