I purchased a fly mobile having the model no DS500 just before 10 months i am facing lot of prblems in that mobile i spent my more time in getting the mobile repaered rather than using it. In the service centre having the name HOT SPOT, i gave my mobile for repair for 8/2 they dint do anything only they are taking the mobile in the name of observartion and they are saying the software problem, .Because of all these reasons i felt very bad by seeing your service so please help me in this regard as early as possobly.
