I bought a Fly hand set MC-160 on 25th Dec. Just after 10 days, I got problem in the set and it is not getting switch on. When go the shop at Kalkaji Mkt. from where I bought the set, they advised me to go Fly Care. Now, my mobile has been submitted at Fly Care. Its not a good way to treat a customer. They are not exchanging it. After paying full payment, I am not able to use the mobile. What should I do?
