Sim tray not working.new sim tray replaced

I had bought fly mc160 mobile phone from saravana stores.phone not working due to software problem.i was sent it to sky telecom (fly mobile service center).they solve the software problem but broken the sim tray. They asked me we will arrange the sim tray in an week.but still not solve the problem.the phone is working one sim
