DELAY, MISGUIDE & MISBEHAVIOUR FROM SERVICE CENTER

Hello, my name is Rajdeep Tanwar.my mobile is in under warrenty.the touch pannel is not working & also having a charging problem in my handset. so i went to the FLY service center to remove this problem. they note down my handset problems and took my handset on 26-07.and give me assurance that the problem will be sort out with in 6 to 8 days and handset will be hand over to you. after 8 days i was called in service center .the authorised person told me that the touch pannel problem is removed but charging problem not yet removed so within 2 days we will surly sort out this problem also. after 2 days i called in service center they told me that your touch panel problem is not sort out and the both problems are sot out in upcoming 10 - 15 days and they talk to me very rudly and misguide me. i am very frustreted because i am going to leave rajasthan for 2 years.
