We purchase on BRAVIO LCD Sony TV from Frdige house, Thrissur. We purchased the above TV from fridge house stall in an exhibition at Thrissur, conducted by malayala manorama. At the time of ordering one Mr Prince working at Fridge house, Thrissur promised to give a good gift after exchanging with our old TV. Every week we go to the fridge house thrissur and ask for the gift but Mr Prince always denied to give the gift or he will ask us come after 10 days. This is the third time we (me and wife) are going to Fridge house for the gift. Since i am old and retired professor this is giving lot of mental stress for me. So please ask Mr Prince not to make fun with old persons and not to give exaggeration of gift while taking the order and not giving the gift after getting the cheque from the customer. So please consider this as more urgent other wise i will force to sue a case against Mr Prince at Fridge House, Thrissur. This is for your kind information and early necessary action
