I have purchased whirl phool ice mage a 235 refrigerator on 23-july and found that door lock is not working . i have complained regarding the same to service they have issued SR HD0712014836 they have taken xerox copy of payment slip and images for lock for appliance replacement . and after that they are not evening updating the status . while i called to service they said according to POLICY it will take minimum of 15-30 days to replace.
It's ridiculous to hear word policy while purchasing they wont event let us know any policy about these home appliances.
Customer service executive was sangamesh patil & femal executive.
Its very bad experience not expect from this company at all.
