I ordered Canon Ixus 110 IS Camera on 12 June from Ezone website (ezone.futurebazaar.com) during Ezone zero margin sale and I was Guaranteed delivery within 21 days, however after 3 weeks and much follow up, I was informed that product is unavailable and I was offered replacement model, to which I agreed.
I was told and confirmed (by mail) that replacement model would be delivered latest by 13 July. However till today (12 July) when no dispatch details was communicated to me, I called customer care executive and I was told that the product has not even been received at their warehouse and therefore there will be further delay before I receive my order.
I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.
After searching the internet, I found out that they have cheated many people in the same way. I hope that legal action be taken against them to make them pay for their wrongdoing.
