Very very poor Service

I bought a GEM's washing machine online through HomeShop18.com. It's service warranty card given by Maharaja Appliances. Washing machine "Wash tub" stop working, So I compliant at nangloi service center at 011-32596726 and email Id [email protected] many times. They had given complaint No. 1303A and second No.6745 but not attended call even a Time. It's service is very very poor.
