Memory card is not reading.i tryed other memory card but it not reading

I have a new gfive g365 mobile.i buy it on 04/11 the nest day i put a 2gb micro sd memory card.but it is not reading it.i go to a nearest mobile shop and told the complaint.he tell that the memory card tray is not working and if you want to change it the spare will charged Rs.400.00.

I want the real rate of the spare and where will i get this.please answer me
