Godrej a.c. 1.5 ton split

I purchased an godrej 1.5 ton split a.c.on 27th sep 2009. within the warrant period of one year 6 times they serviced my a.c. and lot of different complaints arised for the last 6 months. I have seriously depressed and i need a fresh a.c. as the one i has is seriously defected and i fear that could be the second hand one. i need explanations from the godrej product and viveks services who has unable to service properly. If a new product is serviced for agian and again with in the purchase of six months even in the warranty period, what could be its future usage??? please sir. i need justice as a consumer who got the product with hot cash.
