I have a new split A.C of Godrej 12FE3, i purchased before 1 week, ie., 20/03, the problem raised on 23/03, i registered the complaint on 24/03, they sent the technician by 31/03...
Is it a Good Customer Service???
How can i prefer their product to my neighbours..
I purchased it from the TAMBARAM VASANTH & CO.But from the third day there is water leakage in the indoor unit. spraying water continuosly. I called to customer care and my complaint no.were 444883.there is no proper response from them they are like DEFF.i called them for more than 20 times.after one week they sent the technician.he just opened the indoor unit fully he just played like a toy and said there is no fault in the machine.but i dont know where the leakage is coming from.technicians could not detect the problem.i spoke with Mr. Vijay Chennai Incharge for godrej.he is saying that he will be coming to see the problem.if he cannot detect they will send some person... like this it will go on... what shall i do now...
Customer Care is not working properly...
Technicians are good & the company is not utilizing them properly
