I am Shailender Sharma, This is to bring to your kind notice the poor CUSTOMER CARE by Godrej authorised service centre " Prompt Service" I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by Godrej. I lodged my refrigrator complaint on 14.5.11 to Godrej co in the name of Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma. M/s Prompt Services sent the person to attend the call and took Rs 500 in advance for changing the thermocoil and promised to rectify/replace by the eve, But till date they even do not pick up the call... Godrej service centre do not care the customer.
I'm writing you this letter to make you aware of the severe lack of service and communication in Godrej Authorised service centre. The not knowing and wondering was frustrating and showed little respect for my time and money. As this refregirator was my only mode of cooling system at my home, it was crippling for me to be without a refregirator for that length of time. Refrg is under warranty.
At this point, an apology will not undo the damage done.
